ISP network PLDT getting worse

The Philippines' premier ISP network, pldt.com.ph, has improved its position - in a worst kind of way. The latest report on the world's worst spam problem networks includes pldt.com.ph, the domain name of the Philippines' telecommunications company PLDT. The report, released by the Spamhaus Project, has listed 38 unresolved spam issues against pldt.com.ph which positioned it as the world's number 10 worst spam support network.
