Large population growth in Wyndham, Wanneroo, Blacktown
The Australian Bureau of Statistics today released population estimates which showed large population growth occurring in outer suburbs in the 12 months to 30 June 2008. The largest increases according to ABS occurred in the outer-suburban areas of Wyndham in Victoria which increased by 8,900 with Wanneroo in Western Australia and Blacktown in New South Wales registering increases of 8,600 and 5,300 respectively. Day after Australia Day, we have a preview of our new poetry site
Last week-end was a long week-end in Australia.
