The easiest way to rotate header images

emanilapoetry imagesUntil today, we have been manually rotating the header images of emanilapoetry.

I know there are heaps of rotator scripts in the market, but most of them are loaded with “industrial strength” features which we do not have any need for.

Then we stumbled upon this page from Justinsomnia recommending A Rotator Apart script written by Matt Mullenweg of WordPress fame.

After having a quick look at the code and testing it, our Team wholeheartedly embraced it.

The beauty of this script is that, unlike other plugins, you don’t even need access to an admin panel of your WordPress blogsite. All you need is to drop the script in the folder where your images are and call the script using the “img src” function.

I recommend this script. You can download the script here.

To see the script in action, go to our poetry site and reload the pages.

Or, try reloading this page to see what we mean.

Do you know of similar scripts which you want to share with us? Leave a reply.
